Buying Oxidases Copper Ore Concentrate

A Chinese refinery is in need of buying Oxidases Copper Ore Concentrate. If you could manage to supply, please refer to the following :

1.  Oxidases Copper Ore Concentrate from origin of Nigerian source;
2.  Quantity Required:  totally 40,000MT / month for 12 months supply
3.  Product Specifications required:
      Copper(Cu):      35% basis
      Lead (Pb):          5% max
      Cadmium (Cd):       0.05% max
   Fluorine (F):            0.1% max
   Mercury (Hg):          0.01% max
   Arsenic (As):            0.5% max  

   Radiation：Non-radiation (400nG/h max as per China customs regulations) (China customs regulations forbid import of any minerals with higher concentrations of harmful elements (Pb, As, F, Cd, Hg and radiation) beyond the aforementioned limitations; otherwise, the cargo should be rejected).
   Moisture (H2O):     less than 5%  
       Particle Size:    0 .1mm
4.  Packing: 1 ton in jumbo bags in 20Ft Container for shipment delivery.          
5.  CIF target price is 0 USD 700.0 per MT and the destination port is Wuhan Port, China;
6.  Terms of Payment:  to be made in USD via a revolving irrevocable non-transferable L/C to be issued by bank;
