We would like to buy steel scrap grade HMS1 - 3750 tons monthly. Upon mutually agreeing on rates and once PO is issued, we need to visit the site and view the material during on-site loading, a representative will be present. The order shall be on a monthly basis. Rates should be CNF basis.
