PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer issue LOI.

2. Seller issue full cooperate offer (FCO) for buyer’s review

3. Buyer approves, and send  signed and stamped FCO

4. The seller sends Signed Contract to the buyer

5. The buyer signs  the contract and send it back to the Seller

6. Seller Issue a commercial invoice to the buyer

7. Buyer issues Confirmable Transferable and Irrevocable on sight LC  in seller’s financier bank.

8. Seller confirms authenticity of the  Confirmable Transferable and Irrevocable on sight LC .

9. Documentation and Export procedures commence.

10. Seller’s agent arranges for the buyer to view the goods.

11. Buyer and Seller witness the staffing of the goods  during final inspection at sgs.

12. Seller ships to buyer destination.

13. Buyer is responsible for customs and import taxes at buyer destination.

14. Seller hands over all documentation including BL and SGS  analysis report to buyer.
