Copper cathodes needed

Can you deliver copper cathodes in Bollore Dar Es Salam Tanzania or Durban South Africa?
For Bollore, we have 2 options of Buyer's terms:
1) T/T after receiving the SKR and B/L within 7 days, this is without an instrument and without PB.

2) if a seller needs an instrument, they should issue upfront PB2% to Buyer, after 5 days, Buyer open DLC.
