HMS 1&2 Scrap needed, 10,000MT, CIF

I’m interested in purchasing 10,000 Tonnes  of HMS1 & 2 scrap with the ability to increase the quantity once the first shipment is delivered to Karachi port.
Please send me a your offer with quotation of your best price for the above mentioned product and quantity for CIF basis with a price breakdown as well as your accepted payment methods.
Please note that Payment could be made by any of the below methods:
1- We can pay 100% wire transfer against delivery and shipping documents at the counters of our bank.
2- We can pay by BG 100% against delivery. BG will be issued against 2% Performance Bond.
3- Payment by irrevocable L/C.
