To Seller:
We're looking for second quality copper from anywhere in Asia or North America, not particularly focus in Thailand (as stated in the form). If any seller out there is interested, please kindly message me. I shall provide you with the LOI and then we can move on from there. Our best price looking is $4500 - $6000 USD / metric ton non LME. Please follow the following procedures:
- After the seller receives this LOI, the seller drafts an SPA that will be reviewed by both buyer and seller, and later signed by seller first, and attaches the company registration certificate, bank quota certificate, a copy of the seller representative’s passport and a spot goods video of the product (with buyer’s company's full name and time stamped).
- Within 3 working days, the buyer sends the attached agreement to the seller
- The buyer's bank sends a letter of credit advance notice to the seller's bank via MT799. The seller’s bank immediately replied through swift to confirm that they would issue a 20% performance bond within 72 hours after receiving the buyer’s letter of credit.
- After the seller receives and verifies the MT799 pre-advice, the seller’s bank will mail the 20% PB together with FULL POP to the buyer’s bank via MT-760.
- The seller starts production.
- The seller sends all the export documents to the buyer to obtain the import refining license: the original copy of the commercial invoice and packing list to facilitate Buyer’s and seller’s country of origin analysis report, certificate of origin, certificate of ownership, export license, bill of lading and insurance policy marked with "air freight prepaid".
- The seller requires SGS to inspect and prepare for shipment.
