Interested in used rails R50 R65 5,000MT a month CIF

Please note following buyer's request for used rails :  

Product: Used Rails R50, R65 scrap, one meter length.

Destination port: Greek safe port. Inspection: SGS.

Payment LC: 100% Non-transferable, irrevocable. LC to be paid after SGS inspection at destination port as per draft contract.

Price CIF: 265 (two hundred sixty five) USD/MT CIF.

Quantity per month: 5,000 MT

Total quantity per year: 60,000 MT

2% PB: To be issued in favor of buyers.

Packing: Bulk or similar.

Commission: 6 USD/MT pay by seller (NCNDA/IMFPA).

Loading time: 10-20 days after LC issue.

a) Approval for export.

b) Certificate of origin.

c) Legalized and notarized contract. 

d) Analysis report by SGS.

e) Commitment to supply.

f) Current pop pictures/Photo’s/video.

g) Commercial invoice.

k) Packing list, 

l) Bill of landing (4 original copies), 

m) SGS certificates for non-radioactivity, quality and quantity, 

n) Insurance of 110% invoice value, 

o) Any other document needed for export, if any.

Sellers release payments to the agents/intermediaries involves within 48 hours of received payment for the goods from the Buyer’s bank. Copies of all shipping documents to be send to buyers upon issued by email. Buyers might send representative to attend loading and shipping procedures.
