* Price: 240 USD per MT, CIF China (includes 20 USD per MT commission)
* Quantity: 50,000 MT initial trial quantity, followed by 200,000 MT x 12 months (renewable)
* Delivery Term: CIF to designated safe port in China
* Media: Photo and video verification available upon FCO issuance

Terms and Conditions

1. Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) incorporating final competitive pricing, commission distribution under signed agreement, and visual media (photos/videos).

2. Buyer reviews FCO and responds with a formal ICPO including company registration details and destination China port confirmation.

3. Seller issues draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for buyer execution covering the initial 50,000 MT trial and subsequent 12-month delivery schedule.

4. Buyer establishes financial instruments via RDLC (MT799 pre-advice), BG/LC (MT700), or SBLC (MT760) from a top-tier bank as outlined in the contract terms.

5. Shipments commence according to schedule, with final documents and quantity/quality verification processed prior to vessel arrival and final settlement.

6. Intermediary commissions of 20 USD per metric ton are disbursed per the agreed IMFPA/NCNDA protocol upon successful payment receipt.
