Commodity: Magnetite Iron Ore Fines

Fe Content 62% and Over ~ Below Fe 61% Rejection

Price: Platt minus 8% Per DMT CFR ASWP at Buyer’s Option

Origin: CHILE 

Quantity: First Shipment 50,000 MT (+/-10%) followed by 200,000 MT (+/-10%) Per Month. Quantity can be increased depending on Mine Production Capacity but has to be mutually agreed between Seller and Buyer.

Payment terms:  DLC   –Irrevocable   Documentary   Letter   of   Credit at 100% Sight cover one-month shipment with Provisional Payment 95% against required documents on loading at loading port. Balance Final Payment 5% will be payable after inspection of cargos at the Discharging Port against required documents.

Shipment: Shipment will be by Bulk Charter Vessel.

Loading port: La Caldera, Chile

Destination port: China Main Ports

Packaging: In Bulk

Delivery: First delivery 50,000 MT (+/-10%) will be within 45 days after Receipt of L/C. After completed first delivery, then, within another 30 days continue current shipment of 100,000 MT (+/- 10%). Per month. Shipment will be effected only by bulk charter vessel.
