-Presentation: In TEU (20 feet containers.

-GOLD (AU) & SILVER (AG) ORE present in the Iron ore, there will be a charge of 20 US$ per

gram of gold, and 0,10 US$ per gram of silver found in the Iron ore as per quality and quantity certificate.

- PAYMENT will be made via DLC 100% loadport against documents, AFTER quality and

quantity of product has been certified by CIC / AHK / SGS, and master of vessel signs and seals bill of ladings.

- 2%PBG (PERFORMANCE BOND)

will be delivered to end buyer AFTER an activated DLC is received.

- LOGISTIC: First Trial shipment will take place 45- 60 days after DLC is received by bank of END

SELLER NON NEGOTIABLE. Regular shipments will take place every 30 days thereafter.

- VERIFIABLE LEGAL OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTATION of material sold prior to delivery.
