Looking for used railroad track scrap, CIF term

We are looking for used railroad track scrap with a length of 3 meters.
Quantity: 1,200,000 metric tons (100,000 metric tons per month).
Rail types: UIC 60, S49, R65 - we are open to all types and materials.
- Hardness: Normal - not particularly hard or soft, and standard weight (not too heavy or too light)
- Scrap price expectation: Target price USD 200 per metric ton.
- Mode of import: Via the port of Karachi, Pakistan.
- Duration: the agreement is for a period of 12 months, with monthly delivery of 100,000 MT.
- Test shipment: 25,000 Metric Tons - only, always 100% LC and payment on delivery, not in advance, delivery is CIF - DLC to secure the goods, the LC can be drawn directly after delivery.
