Looking to buy used railway rails or disincorporated (gas) pipe

We are looking to buy used railway rails or disincorporated (gas) pipe. To do this they must have all export and environmental permits.
If you consider that you have these products and they comply with the above, please notify us by this means, providing us with photos, location, measurements, and technical data.
All this accompanied by the CIF ASWP price and economic conditions to our attention.
We intend to purchase 600,000 tons initially or whatever you can provide us with.
