PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS: Safepack VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) Anti- corrosion Metal- wrap isa unique product evolved by Safepack's metal packaging R & D forprotection of Metal coils/ sheets/ tubes/ wires where extra strength & high tear resistance is required. Constructed with waterproof woven PE fabric on one side & extrusioncoated with PE based Multimetal VCI formulations on other side, this special structure has very high strength & tear resistance. Thisimparts it two prong advantage of strength and corrosionprotection. Safeweave is powered with high penetrating VCI formulation. Thesehigh power VCI molecules can reach to protect the metal surfaceexposed within the highly rust prone spirally wound edges of theCoil/ metal stack. Multimetal VCI formulation offers protection not only to CR coils butalso to Galvanized coils (white rust protection) and nonferrous coils (protection from oxidation/ tarnishing) . Safepack VCI formulations are designed to offer both contact as wellas vapor phase protection. Safeweave being highly flexible is easy to wrap laminate & thusimproves floor productivity. It is designed for application on automatic machines, but is alsosuitable for manual wrapping. It is available up to 3000 mm width with print option which attributes for seamless non- tediouspackaging. Being PE based mono- material it is most easy recyclable product. It does not contain hazardous/ carcinogenic Nitrites, thus making it human & environmentfriendly.
