Metal Scrap railway rails

Greetings. My serious buyer in Germany is interested in buying Metal Scrap railway rails. They need straight in lengths of approx 5,0 m up to 12,5 m in bundles of approx 5,0 m/t each, rail types R 43, R 50,R 65 In case you can offer such, quantity is 30,000MT per month contract.
I need from you following details
-Price in USD per M/T on requested items basis  fob  stowed, lashed secured and dunnaged  ( l,s,d ) port of loading or if you can arrange cif port of destination South or Middle-America in our option
-confirmation of quantity,loading port and readiness for loading
- can you send me pictures about the rails
