Purchase request for used rails, minimum length 0,3 meters, long term contract to Belgium

We would like to order used railways with the minimum length of 0,3 meters and the maximum length of 1,5 meters.
We are looking for a serious distributor to supply us with steel (second quality rail) in Europe in the long term with monthly deliveries.
Deliveries will always be made to the same port in Belgium and our bank will guarantee each boat separately LC / MT700.
As soon as the boat arrives at the port in Belgium the money will be immediately released to the seller instantly and so on for all the following boats every month.
We are very serious in our request and we want a reliable distributor to work on the long term with quantities that will be constantly increased.
