Purchasing UBC aluminum scrap, EXW terms

I would like to buy UBC aluminum scrap (used beverage cans). Grades: 98/2 and 95/5.
Quantity: 1,500 MT per month (starting in December 2025 with an annual contract).
Delivery terms: EXW.
Inspection: By an internationally recognized expert appointed by the buyer at the port of shipment.
