Offer Description - Rail Scrap 1mln t available on CIF, HMS 1/2 5000,000ton FOB

- Used Rail in Chile - $280 CIF. Accept DLC to open at port of loading and released at destination - HMS in Kuwait - $230 FOB only. Terms are LOI BCL, pictures and video with buyers name and date provided, draft contract supplied, inspection is also ok by buyer, then buyer needs to fund the deal. For used rail we have 1 million tonnes available currently and for HMS 500,000 tonnes.
