Recycling metal and plastic seller looking for established buyers in Taiwan and China

We have been buying US recycling materials including scrap metals and plastic and selling them to Vietnam for a few years. Now, we want to expand our business to Taiwan and China. We are looking for buyers with long term relationship only.
