Quantity per month (MT): 25,000.

Contract Duration (months): 12

Inspection: Third Party Inspection at seller’s expense (buyer’s expense if required at unload port).

Unload port: Any Safe World Port, the ports will be clarified in further detail with the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

Shipping Method: There will be two separate destination ports for this shipment, which will be outlined in further within the Salesand Purchase Agreement. The packaging required would be up to the discretion of the supplier but should allow partial-shipmentswith accordance and agreement directly by all parties within the deal. The Sales and Purchase Agreement will include a shippingclause and schedule that will outline all of the required details to clarify for both parties.

Payment and Procedure: The buyer in any case opens a guarantee Letter of Credit (LC). The LC will be issued for the 100% of theshipment, and the seller can issue a 2% Performance bond of the monthly delivery.

Additional Requirements: The commodity must be free from dirt or any other foreign material of any kinds. Shipment should beheld to the standard stated by the ISRI, and with accordance to the agreement reached contractually by the Importer /Importing Agent and the supplier.
