FIRST DELIVERY: first delivery of 2.000 MT within 15 days after the contract are signed and the payment document are in sellers bank.

INSPECTION: SGS or equivalent at origin port to ensure quality and quantity.

Procedures:

-  Seller sends soft offer.

- After 3 days buyer confirm and accept this offer and sign it.

- Within 3 days buyer sends: ICPO with full banking details.

- Seller sends Daft Contract to Buyer;

-  After 7 days buyer signs, stamps and returns draft Contract.

-  Upon signing the contract and after Max. 3 days the buyer opens a letter of credit.

-  The shipment will be held 15 days after the opening of letter of credit.
