Mitaso India was incorporated in the year 1968, by Late Sh F C Mittal, a visionary who rose to be a well- known industrialist, setting up 8 units in Faridabad (Haryana) , India in 6- 7 years. The company first started manufacturing Sheet metal components (SMC) for OEMs like Es Defence etc. by 1981, the company ventured into manufacturing & marketing of ISI marked - . Thus a new unit was set up in Faridabad to carry on Sheet Metal work. In the meantime, a high capacity Pressure Die Casting (PDC) plants for servicing clients like Bajaj, Yamaha Motors etc. At present, Mitaso is a part of diversified group with interests ranging from Pressure Die Cast, Forging, Home Appliancess and Exports. The various groups include: Mitaso Appliances Ltd (Plant- I) - SMC Mitaso Appliances Ltd (Plant- II) - SMC Faridabad Auto Ancillaries Pvt Lts - SMC Super Auto Electricals Pvt Ltd - PDC Super Alloy Cast - PDC Faridabad Tools - PDC Swastik Engineering Company Mitaso is not only into corporate ventures but has taken on the social sectors as well. Our co mm itment is social responsibility and, most importantly, how we are translating this co mm itment into concrete actions that benefit the citizens and co mm unities where we operate. The Swami Shaligram Ashram Charitable Hospital for Maternity & Eyes in Jind (Haryana) is a small example of undertaking social responsibility. Group is also the trustee for Waso school, Faridabad.
