3. Quantity: 1,900,000 MT . The trial order is 10,000 minimum metric tons.

4. Packing: in bundles of each about 5 MT.

5. Price: at USD210,00/MT CIF

6. Shipment: in bundles of about 5 MT each in bulk.

7. Payment: Irrevocable, transferable SBLC for 100% value of each shipment.

 Payment can be by buyer or by other companies appointed by buyer.

8. Inspection: Seller expense, shall appoint SGS to determine the weight of shipment cargo by draft survey and determine the specifications stipulated.
