I am the end buyer, at the moment looking for 25000MT (only R65-sweet water used rail scrap less than 3 feet in size). I would like to get a quote for FOB or CIF Karachi port Pakistan. We would like to work against Letter of Credit involving Banks on each side. I am based in Canada and LC will be from my company based in Pakistan.
