We would like to buy Steel Scrap HMS-1&2 (90:10)(80-20) ISRI 200-206 fully in bulk on CIF Turkish ports basis by lots of 35-40,000 MT each. In case of a deal, we or our close business associates will open 100% irrev.&doc. L/C from a prime bank on cargo-by-cargo (shipment-by-shipment) basis and payable 90% on arrival on arrival of the vessel at the port of destination and 10% just after discharge against usual shipping and discharging documents. Inspection for Q&Q will be made by either Alex Stewart Int'l or SGS at the port of destination.
